Megavolt is founded by Eric Callebaut as a small family business specializing in electricity for consumers and the self-employed.
The stables of Eric's parental home are converted into a company building with offices and warehouses, where it is still located today. The site has been expanded over the years with additional buildings, warehouses and parking spaces.
Eric's daughter and son join the family business. Not much later, father Eric passes away and the BVBA is transformed into a NV. The company has since grown into a modern SME with extensive services in industry, residential projects, retail, public buildings, etc..
To date, the company is still based in Itterbeek and is managed through an executive council and a board of directors. Today, Megavolt is a strong player that installs, repairs and maintains new-build and renovation installations with great expertise, highly qualified electricians, project managers and calculators.
