As a project manager, you are responsible for various construction sites. You oversee the overall project planning and efficient organization of our projects, manage project costs, supervise team supervisors, and you embody the ultimate authority when it comes to ensuring safety. You collaborate with other project managers for team planning and with our estimators for pricing. You conduct project-related discussions with clients and construction partners, attend site meetings, and report on the progress of your projects to management.

Your profile:

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree or relevant work experience

• You have experience in leadership and you love working with people

• Strong planning, organizing, and coordinating skills

• You approach challenges with a solution-focused mindset and excel in handling unexpected situations

• You are driven by results and demonstrate a high level of perseverance

• You can manage and navigate through stressful situations

• You are a strong communicator, both orally and in writing
